New York adds $30m to EV rebate scheme

New York State has allocated a further $30 million to its Drive Clean Rebate programme, offering up to $2,000 per vehicle. The scheme aims to lower upfront costs for electric cars and plug-in hybrids while accelerating adoption across the state.
