Bosch targets efficiency gains with third-gen SiC chips

Silicon carbide (SiC) power semiconductors can increase EV efficiency and extend range thanks to faster switching compared to conventional silicon chips. With its third-generation SiC chips, Bosch targets a performance boost of around 20%.
